I'm just trying to keep you Scandinavians honest, with your secret messages to each other. :]

Try exercise - even just a little bit, like 30-40 minutes, is enough to knock you out when your head hits the pillow.

Yes what kind of excersise? I train Tae Kwon-do at the monday evening, soccer at school on the tuesday morning and Soccer on Tuesday evening, gymnastic at school on(not that aerobic thing, but soccer, bandy, etc.) wednesday and tae Kwon-do at the evening, soccer at school on the morning and on evening and gymnastic at friday. Phew, what a long week! (The soccer field is at the school. I train there at morning and evening. Btw, at the summer there is Orientering at Tuesday evening in the summer. I am a sporty guy! How many push-ups can you guy make?

Btw, at that exersise time, i mean that is the hour i train on one exersise. Example: tuesday morning, 1 half an hour soccer. Evening, 1 half an hour soccer.

But anyway, some tips? Cesar had i really detailed tip. ;)

Do you know about something to drink or eat? Or do while trying to sleep?
