Sleeping problems

Post by Gnome-father »

Every time i go to bed, i will not sleep until 12 am! Does anyone know how i can get my sleep back? Everytime i wake up, i will come too late for the school. Any tips? Except for sleeping pills(last time i tried it i was really sleepy at the school) and alchoholic?

I find that playing BF42 until the early hours of the morning gives me a great sleep when I go to bed. I survive on 4 or 5 hours sleep a night! :D
Usually a nice glass or Australian red with it helps me to relax & unwind too. I think concentrating on the game clears my head of any other junk that may be filling it up & buzzing round. I therefore go to bed without any clutter or worries on my mind.

actually play bf to relax only works for me since i m working for reall while i was in school it was just taking all my concentration away.

u should try not to play battlefield just before going to bed, i used to red for like an hour before going to bed and that worked really well.

when u play bf just before u sleep ur all exicted and thats why u dont sleep well, ive even hd dreams where i was inside battlefield and stuff like that.

but now since i m working bf is great to relax and fill my brain cause at work i just sit around and do not need to use my brain so battlefield is awsome, that way i have the feeling i did somthing that day like liberating caen and pushing back the german forces in el alamein:-)

Stop playing BF an hour before bedtime and drink a glass of warm milk with a Doughnut 2 hours before bedtime. :D

Yes i dont play bf just before i go to bed. And i usually dont drink soda and coffee at the evning. Milk and doughnut...i cant drink milk because i am alergic. I go on a diet on gluten and milk free products. But luckly it excist a pill that make me able of eating milk and gluten for 2 hours. The bad thing is that theyer expensive, and i normaly take it at the weekend dinner. Take 1 pill for just eat a doughnut and a glass of milk is like throwing a pill in the sea. But i should try it next time i am going to eat pizza, pasta etc. Sorry i usually dont eat doughnuts! because...Yes that pill...and im a sportman. I doing 3 different sport types and...ok i will eat more doughnuts! :D

I must be a real oddball!
I play BF until early hours then go straight to bed.
In that time if I don't have a glass or 2 of wine or a bottle of beer I might have 2 large cups of coffee.
I have no trouble getting to sleep or staying asleep. I do however have this waking up problem.
If left at the weekends I can sleep in until after 12 noon

Takk Cesar!

Am I the only one that's been using a heck of a lot of Norwegian > English translation lately? It's kind of fascinating.... like decoding a hidden message on my personal Enigma machine.
