I did not make it to Auschwitz but went to Dachau. What a VERY disturbing place. You could almost feel the ghosts there.
I was very ready to leave after an hour or so. To walk into some of those buildings and know what happened there, still creeps me out.
I hope to never again see anything like this.

ive been to dachau about 5 times last tiem was in 2007 with friends been there twice as a kid and twice with skool

How do you guys handle more than once?
It really bothered me, I think once was more than enough.
I do believe that everyone should go at least once though. As Shell said, a very moving experience.

It was very moving going to Auschwitz-Birkenau. It was really creepy when we walked down into the showers.
