Hey Gimp are you up and running? I have an extra netgear pci ethernet up to 10000 Mbps card if you can use it. Let me know if you need one, I'll ship it to you no cost. I've had it since I built the computer I have now, and I'm not using this card.

Thanks, but it has an onboard card. It is up and running.
I got a couple of my games intalled and have been able to run all without much trouble.
I had a little issue with punk buster, but I is working now.
I am using Windows 7 64. Once in a while it fails to boot properly, but I dunno what is causing it yet.
All I need is time to install more games and get to play them.
The PC runs incredibly cool. Barely any detectable heat.

Grimp, are you running the bf42 in XP mode? I heard Windows 7 has an XP mode for gaming or other applications.

No, unless it did it by itself. I have not specified XP mode for any apps yet and I have not installed the XP virtual machine.
So far all apps have just worked.
Had to use another printer though. No drivers for my old reliable Canon beyond XP.
Fortunately I had another unopened small Canon for two years. Was a free one with a black Friday deal.
Canon had Win 7 64 drivers for it.

Oh I decided to try Microsoft Security Essentials for virus protection.
Seems to work. Although you don't know until a virus shows up:)
