avatar problem !

Hi every body !
I need to had an avatar under my name....but even when in Google i check avatar 80x80 and i need to add in profile i have alway the same thing not possible i exeed the ink blablabla .
even when i reduce a picture....
Do you know if i have to do something before ?

You may want to try finding a program like ACDSee or Photoshop picture viewers where you can re-size pictures (Avatars) to specific dimensions such as the 80 x 80 standard for forums.
