I think he means like rounds per second, or rounds per minute, etc...

I mean was he shooting at one of those targets of people type of things & how many rounds did he actually put in & how many missed!
Of course it's better to picture hUTCHIE dancing around at the other end avoiding the bullets like he does :lol:
