I've been having trouble on PB servers lately because every time i do there is a repeated message at least a million times over, that says,
"Punkbuster Client: O/S Exception Notice"
I was hoping that someone could help me figure this out. It also said that I was ignoring MD5Tool Queries
In all, Im not exactly sure what to do.

Try updating Punkbuster before anything else.

I've had this before when playing on a Vista machine
you get the error hundreds of times then get kicked
