Sigh.......

I watched the season ender... BTW usually Hoss and a mutual friend come over to my place and we consume beer and watch BSG on my 70" Projector screen in the basement with surround sound.. we sometimes also include some Doctor Who in the "Mix" and I'm enjoying that almost if not slightly more than BSG...

I will say I'm somewhat confused about all the griping about no battles... Very rarely even in the original series were there "Huge Battles" of any magnitude... It was usually coming upon some planet that may or may not lead them to Earth and how can the cylons "F" with them this time... Sound familiar....

Don't get me wrong I like a good space battle in the BSG universe as much as the next guy But I also love "The Story." or the other keyword you guys probably hate "The Drama." I really think the writing has taken this show in places that surpasses and makes the old show look horrible and stupid. They took the most boring sterile character from the original series "Col Tigh" and made him into a very colorful (No pun intended as the original character was black.) and very interesting character. His grittiness and foibles intrigue me to no end.

With that being said. The true Jump The Shark" moment will happen when Adama and the President "Do-it." As much as I just want it to happen I realize that it will be the downfall of the show...

I think we are coming to the end of the Triangle between Starbuck, Apollo, and Dualla... (This is a possible "Jump The Shark Moment" BTW.) I think they preluded to Share Valeri's Questioning her loyalty again now that she knows that Adama and the President lied to her about Hera being dead.

One thing though... When is Mr Geata going to get his medal of valor for his covert work during the occupation?
