Came back to BF a month ago after not even using my pc much of the summer. So I'm thinking that nothing has chaged with BF as its a static game now with EA. With that I thought I'd come back to BF as the weather warrents it now. I load up BF the same Ole way and after between a minutes to 10 minutes I crash to the menu screen. THis happens on FH and on other servers. Absolutely nothing has changed on my PC. If you all remember this machine is uber high end and way above and beyond the specs for it to run happy...
So what gives? I've since reinstalled and added the punkbuster.exe to my \pb folder and run it before playing. Still crashed to the menu screen. I did look at the tash manager during play to see the cpu pegged to 100% by BF. Is that normal, as it's been month since I've been up on all this.
I dunno know what to do short of reinstalling the OS clean....
