Training Maps
Hey guys, was just trying to get the training maps going. I down loaded 2 out of the three (1 is in rar format). Dropped them into 1942 and now can't find them in the game. I was looking for a topic on this but didn't see any. Any suggestions?

Re: Training Maps
Hi Happy,
firstly make sure the only files that you put into your maps folder are .rfa files, anything else like .tga (screenshots) or .txt (readme) are likely to corrupt the directory and could lead to a full reinstall.
you will need WinRAR ( http://www.rarsoft.com/ ) to unpack a .rar archive, this is just a compression programme - same as 7zip or WinZip but is 'free' and less troublesome.
for the most part these will not show up in the SP mode
follow this path
Multiplayer > Create Game > Select Map > Add Map > Launch Game
Also make sure you load up Vanilla BF42 not RTR or SW when you do this, otherwise only the maps for those expansions will show up
