Mountain Dew Livewire

I was just curious, has anyone recently seen Mountain Dew Livewire in any stores around you? I know here in Mass I haven't found it! I was wondering if it is sold anywhere else?

Livewire is an old drink from Mountain Dew. Old in the sense it came out 4 years ago or so. Is it the orange drink with lots of caffiene?

Yes sir, I can't seem to get my hands on it anywhere in the area. I used to be able to get it a year or so ago, but since then its become an endangered species up in the north east! I took it for granted when it was available

Its my belief that Livewire compares similarly w/ that of the original Dew, which is going to lead to my destruction someday anyways.

Ok,

as a Dew-connesieur, here's the deal:

Live Wire (the orange) was originally meant to be a SEASONAL product (ie the summer time).
Much like the McD's green shake that comes out on St. Pat's...

not sure if they still are following that concept or not. some distributors still have some on their shelves (just saw some here in Pittsburgh),
but it might be just overstock that has never sold (didnt check bottling dates).

I'm sucking down some Code Red as we speak....
