Wireless network card for a desktop

Any recommendations for a wireless network card for a desktop? The transmitter is probably not the latest and greatest out there, but might be upgraded soon.

I'd go with a USB one; give you alot more flexibility and I don't even know what protocol they're up to (N2?) but get the latest
