Farcry 2

Has anyone else tried out Farcry 2 yet? The graphics are awesome. It don't follow the same playing guidelines as Farcry as Farcry 2 is more like a RPG I guess you would call it. While playing you have to do missions and find diamonds as diamonds are the sole money in Africa. When you do missions for the gun shop owner it enables you to purchase better weapons.

Also you need to rescue people from different places then they become your buddies. Throught out the game when you get into a jam all of a sudden you have backup and it will be one of your buddies. When you do missions for them and so on you increase your reputation with them.

The makers when a whole different route of a story line with #2.

i had play FarCry 2 and it's a very good game. The graphics is fantastic and the game is, short to say: excellent!!!

I bought a new video card and the game comes with it free.

You like the card ? I just bought it monday from Newegg it was on special. I find it makes a slight difference from my 7600 GT KO.

I have that one too, I like it but then again I really haven't had to load it up too much on the graphics end of it (BF1942 and now 2142 aren't exactly the most demanding on video card graphics).

Are you guys pairing them or are you running a single card?

I'm going single as my mobo doesn't have 2 PCIe slots so I can't go Sli

I ordered mine on tuesday and should arrive anytime.
I got it from Newegg also.

Games i have are DoDs,HL1,HL2,TF2,BF2,2142 Demo,and BF42.
Hopefully i will be able to get the new BF43 coming out this summer.

The Half Life stuff is awesome single player.
