Some places might arrest you for wearing one close to a school.

If we make prisons a living hell for them, then we might just be sending out devils once they are released. Cruel methods to achieve discipline are a thing of the past! So, keep on dancing! Byron F. Garcia.

Re: Wearing a gun?
about 12 years ago I worked in a supermarket with a scottish guy called kevin he had two odd tattoos
I asked him about them and he told me that when he was younger he and his wife (?!) used to be skinheads, Ben Sherman shirts, red braces, turned up jeans and Doc Martins all the way
One was five dots on his hand at the base of his right thumb, in this shape
meant to represent a skinhead surrounded by 4 cops or 4 skinheads surrounding someone else....
on his upper right arm he had a small blue square tattoo, about 3cm x 3cm
he said when he was 14 he and a friend at school got a bottle of ink and a needle and put swastikas onto each other to be 'Cool'
when he came home he showed his dad -Who promptly thumped him in the face and broke his nose (they were scottish and it was the 60s)
his dad then dragged him out to the shops and bought more ink and a needle and made him block it out with a square sayin 'your F**kin grandad din't die in the war fightin those B*st*rds so youse could put that sh*te on yer arm'
which is fair enough really
On a side note: the original skinhead movement in the UK was NOT racist, it drew its inspiration from Carribbean immigrants to the UK and many Black people were part of the movement.
of course things have changed now
