Just lately, the forum keeps logging me out in mid-sentence. I'll be logged in, write a reply to a topic, and when I click to post the reply, it takes me back to the log-in page, with the result that my reply is lost. This is a bit frustrating when writing a longer, in-depth reply to something. Anyone else experiencing this?
This only happens when I'm replying or posting. Not when I'm browsing.
I don't want to have to copy and paste a back-up everytime I'm posting.

Re: Forum auto-kick.
I've been using I.E.
Good point though - I'll try with Firefox from now on, see how it goes.
I know Firefox is a better browser, I'm just so set in my ways that I've still continued using IE - see how Microsoft has us brainwashed??!!

Did you change your AV or firewall ? Itcould have to do with your cookie managing. I had it happen to me a while back in the SoC forums.

It happened to me once, only to find out someone was posting at the same time and beat me to it.

Sir, I'm impressed !!Sir Die-a-lot wrote: Did you change your AV or firewall ? Itcould have to do with your cookie managing. I had it happen to me a while back in the SoC forums.
This started happening the same day I made significant changes to both my firewall and anti-virus. Didn't connect the dots at the time.
Now, how 'bout some help fixing the holes in my roof? And the garden gnomes could do with repainting!
