Here's a link to a story about a stalker who hacked into Linkin Park's lead singers cell phone records.

... obtained copies of Bennington's cell phone bill, the phone numbers he called and digital pictures taken with the phone.

While I don't have a camera phone, didn't realize the phone company had access to the pictures you took. Maybe they were ones he sent? Digital fingerprints are everywhere...

Depends on the provider. I have done warrants on Sprint phones, and they are able to provide everything-messages, calls, photos sent. ect. Verizon does not store the data, so I have not been able to get photos that were sent over the network.
