My wife had to work today so she left me in charge of the turkey.
The stress is way too much for me! Its already in the oven and all I have to do is baste it once in a while, but its an awesome responsibility. I already know I am going to blow it somehow. I need to get a grip! I am spiraling, spiraling, spiraling....

Maybe I should get out some Spam and mold it into a turkey as a back up.

no turkey this year.
made 2 lambs and a duck.
1 lamb stuffed + 1 lamb roasted = "omfg thats effin good"
