Not sure where this thread belongs, but does anyone play BF Vietnam? I just picked up a copy for $5, wondering if it's worth installing and playing, or will it be a lonely experience, like Un Ihuntala on a Monday morning after I've sniped all the bots on Id Omaha

I've got a copy & have played on the JiF server once or twice, but I never really got in to it that much.
You are right though on our server you will be lucky to get anyone playing with you. I did get 2 or 3 join in once.
Maybe I'll dig it out & give it another try sometime.

I have it but it don't run so well on my laptop, its super laggy
apart from that tho its a good game.
looking at the banner on the forum pages you never see anyone playing on it tho.
I prefer the EoD mod for 42, more maps and runs better on my comp.

I do like the revisited 42 maps for BFV tho, they look amazing with the updated engine, I think I only have Iwo and 1 other but would be fun to get a few peeps on there to play
times and dates on a postcard...
