Looking for an Artist

I am currently working on a redesign of my personal web site at thefarlands.net and need to find an artist who can help me complete the design. I found the perfect style and contacted the original artist to see how much he would charge and needless to say, his price was far too steep for a non-paying project. Essentially, I would like someone to create some caricatures of myself (I know, I'm already a caricature) and my family from some photographs.
