okay, so I was wondering when i could get unbanned? my name was <<RTR>>Doom27 when i got banned, now its {XSF}GoA.Doom27 - but....the only problem I have ever had on your server was with a bitchy admin, don't remember his name. But I was talking to someone in game, then he tells me to shut up and at this point i'm just asking WHY?

So he ended up banning me...It was probably back in may...I just now posted because i thought it might have only been for a few weeks or so...And before that day, I had never even seen this admin playing in the server, so heck if i know.

Please read this thread http://jiff.net/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=1993#p18713 and try to provide the information that we need so we can better respond to your problem. Someone will address your question once we can identify the ban. Let's also try to keep this conversation courteous!

1.) I do not teamkill...unless it is an accident from a grenade, not able to see the tags, and not telling if that guy is on my map, or revenge...if someone kills me on purpose, i do have the right to teamkill him back? Especially when they keep doing it?

2.) I did NOT teamkill on your server...bad language, maybe a few times.

So you wanna sit there and act like you have no clue as to what happened, well guess what?
I remember the whole thing and no matter what you use as a rebut it isn't gonna fly?

We were on peenemunde and both axis.
Our main was being shelled by two tanks, I respawned for about the third time as a zooker.
I ran across the bridge and headed towards them, I recall one tank smoking good so I launched and lit it up, all while running into the fray.

You obviously were somewhere I couldn't see you and as I watched my screen I noticed I TKed you, and before I could even get clear of the action to issue a SRY you respawned at the next base and shot me in the back.

Oh and no matter what you may think you never have the right to TK anyone for any reason.

It was then you started with your oh so well versed vernacular and that was when I kicked you to give you a timeout/heads-up.

Upon your return you just started right back in with the language, so I saw no reason to even elaborate if this was all you were capable of as far as talking, so there it is!

Now given your obvious attitude towards my person in your initial address of this matter, I see no reason to offer you any kind of reconciliation or rescind your ban, because as far as I'm concerned you haven't learned anything nor are you truly apologetic for your actions/behavior, so my decision stands.

The apology is a positive step in the right direction. I'm going to give you a probationary period by which we can evaluate your ability to play within the server and if you happen to act up again the ban will be reinstated and you will not be given another opportunity.

Here is what [JiF] expects from you;

1) Respect the admin's and all other players on the server.
2) No profanity.
3) No intentional TK'ing.

If you can accept & agree to these terms the ban will be rescinded.
