Suggestions for a TV Tuner Card, and other parts.

I'm looking to build an HTPC and am looking for a TV tuner card. It should be HD capable, and would be great if it had HDMI input as well. Not sure if this will work, but would like to save programs I've recorded on my DVR to the HTPC.

Also suggestions for a motherboard/CPU would be great as well (microATX required).
