It's how I feel on a friday morning at 10:15 with plane abuzz around me and the stuff piling up on the desk ! I just need a donut to ease the tension.

To embed a YouTube video all you need is the portion of the link that shows up after "www.youtube.com/watch?v="
In this case it's "b3p_Rf0AY6E"

Click on the youtube button thingy which will bring up {youtube}{/youtube} (different brackets shown for clarity) and insert the b3p_Rf0AY6E in the space between the brackets.
