Sometimes I wonder if he has that plane parked on a hill and is just waiting for me to hop into a tank.

Never seems to fail, I get a tank, WB swoops in and I am left waiting to spawn... wash, rinse, repeat...

You're lucky to even get in a tank. I seem to spawn WB's Gav radar bleeps & boom I'm dead again.
I sometimes wonder if I changed to third person view, my player would have a big neon sign & arrow above saying 'here I am Waterboy'

Usually what I find myself doing is being an Airbourne, or jumping out of planes after dropping a few bombs. It's quiet, it's stealthy, and it's a great way to capture one base ahead of the enemy, to sandwich him, like this.
