You've got to ask yourself a question: Do I feel lucky? Well, do ya, punk?

I'd put up a youtube clip of someone saying Cincy sucks except no one cares enough about Cincy to make one.

Heh.

I really can't figure out why it lists some maps and not others or why I rank higher on some than others. I'm pretty sure Aberdeen is my highest ranked map but it's not listed even though woulda bet that I've logged 45 minutes on it. I think I ended up with a 20-4 K/D the other day on that on top of a bunch of flag caps. :)

I'd do better on Phillipines if I would wise up and not spend the first 5 minutes of the map driving the tank to the main island and then just sitting there waiting to enjoy the sight of some poor guy finding a tank where there shouldn't be one. I spent an entire map one time defending that only the other team figured it out and just never bothered to attack the middle. I ended up with a 6-0 k/d and maybe one flag cap. :( Totally worth it though.

I just found a map I was top on and posted it
I could spend a whole map in a sub and sink only one ship and be happy, but usually you have to come out and help your team once in a while :)
Or wait at the spawn for WB's plane to come so I can AA it
It's the little things in life that bring true joy.

Ya know, all picking on WB aside. Looking at who comes to custom map Sunday might not be a bad place to look for potential [JiF] BF members. Most of our current members don't even come to those :) They some how figured out my crappy instructions and came to play.
Custom map day has gotten me interested again also. I pretty much just went on to see if everything was working and ended up playing a lot. Might even turn on TS for the next one. Crap just remembered I will be gone most of next Sunday :(

Oh and last Sunday my son came in and asked me why I was just sitting at the uncap base off to the side of the AA in a building.
I told him I was waiting for WB to come by in the plane, bomb the AA or planes and if the AA was still up I would jump in and get him.
Well WB did not come for minutes and minutes. I finally decided to jump in a plane flew over to his uncap and he AAed me.
I was laughing my butt off.
I should have done a high dive for the AA

Much like global warming, you can take the numbers & data and make it look whichever you want to....whatever your agenda is.

We all know that it's never safe in or around "The Water".... ;)

ps. and please don't mistake this for a Shucker tk-reference!!!!

Ah Grasshopper you are young. As it is a team game I would argue "Flags Taken minus Team Kills/minute" is the true test of a skilled player :D

http://bftracks.net/appl/bft/Search/vie ... ntains/JiF

Should factor in play time on that too, but it's not to be done.

Maybe better just "Flags Taken/Minute".

Master,

good attempt at making a point.

however, those are not a measure of skill...those are a matter of priority!!

I can handle being labeled a poor priority setter...they say that at work, too!!

LT

Fear of death is a good measure of someone's skill...that's why I was PARANOID when Bort played!!! :(

I would argue taking a flag is a skill. Protecting it even more.
The rest I will agree with :)
