CD KEY!

Post by [JiF]rIot »

Im in quite the situation. I dont have any of my BF2 cd's nor the case w/ the cd key. What I do have is the EA Games folder that I copied from my harddrive onto an external before I formatted. I wanted to see if somehow I could copy the whole folder to the Programs folder and not have to instal a thing, but of course that didnt work. From that EA Games folder, is there any way to find what my cd key is???

This is for the UK, but there must be an equivalent for the US. They have a link for other EA support centers at the website. http://forum.eagames.co.uk/viewtopic.php?p=286294 ONLY works if you registered your game.

Problem - I've lost my CDKEY
Cause - ...
Fix - The following, only works if you regestered the game at install.
Goto http://eagames.co.uk/support
Login at the top left
Click My Account
Click My Games
And there are the CDKEYs for all registered games on the account, inc BF2.

However, if you did not registered, and still cannot find it try the following.
There is a way for you to get a new CD Key/CD Disk. All you need to do is to call EA Support on 0870 243 2435 (thats if you are in the UK). If you are not in the UK then please follow this link to find your local EA Support Center.

In addition have your Battlefield 2 CD at the ready, as there is a number on the CD which you can tell the tech support team and they should be able to retrieve your CDKEY from that.
