Anyone got any tips how I can get rid of the intermitent high ping rate when I play on the network at work? It's driving me nuts.
Every now & then I get it & end up getting kicked.
I end up playing with myself!
Hmmmm not sure that last bit sounds right!!

Maybe they have a small pipe that gets filled now and then. (that does not sound good either).
Where I work at lunch time it gets filled.

Yep usually lunchtime, I'll just have to change the pattern so everyone surfs during work time & is banned at outside of work time! It's a novel approach.
