I've been having some intermittant internet connection problems. After several phone calls they sent out a tech to check the system. He couldn't find the problem, but that didn't surprise me as it is an intermittant problem. The good news is that he replaced the 'version one' equipment with the latest equipment and boosted my service significantly. I used to get a download speed of 70 KB/sec on a good day. Now I'm getting over 400.
