The UPS is 150 lbs and the (heh) UPS delivery guy wasn't too happy. I can actually move it in 3 parts that breaks the weight down quite a bit, but that takes too much time and I've only moved it twice now, I don't plan on moving it again for a while. It was quite a shock when it was delivered, the picture of it was a generic APC UPS and I didn't look at the physical description when I ordered it. Here's the specs of the server, I still drool and think about throwing a nice graphic card in it and playing some games. lol

I also bought Windows Server 2003 with 20 CAL's, MS SQL Server with 20 CAL's and backup software with the agent for SQL. The hardware was expensive, but the software really shot the price up!
Oh, I also quieted the fans. Found out that when you put an Intel server board into an Intel case there in a BIOS utility that needs to be run that tells the motherboard how to control the fans properly and adjust for heat. Then it took me a while to find the utility on their site (included with BIOS updates if your ever looking for it) and as soon as I rebooted the fans started spinning down. They were spinning so fast it took a good 20 seconds for them to spin down and level out. It's so much nicer now.
