Custom Sounds!
The chat sounds are back! I've only got 5 or 6 enabled atm for testing, but I found an old zip file with all the sounds we use to have on the tfc server. If they seem to work for everyone I'll add more. Type !soundlist for a list of triggers.

GBU whistle and the dead sounds were my favorites. Do we have any JiF only sounds? I can remember when members had a different set of sounds they could play. xx

This is kinda low on the priority list of tweaks atm, but I will get things going soon.
