Late night gaming

How late do we stay up to play. What is anybody's record. I was amazed at Mini Rambo last night. I thought i was burning the candle at nearly 2 am in the UK, but there he was in Germany 1 hour ahead of me & still going.

My word this game just gets too addictive. Gotta do better next map. Oh well maybe the next map.

I keep telling myself bail out at 1 am but i just can't leave it.

haha, depends on the day for me, when I have to wake up for work at 5am I usually play till 11:30pm, but when I can sleep it, it can go as late a 3am

Late for me is if I make it to midnight. If my wife is out of town I sometimes play until 1 AM or so.

Lately I've been heading to bed between 1:30 and 2:00..even had a 3am bed time this week..it's starting to catch up with me.

Earlier that night, he kept saying he was going to bed, but kept staying on. He said he was having too much fun playing with his friends from all over the world on JiF. I was back the next AM about 9AM EST and he was there. I asked him if all he did was play and sleep, he said he did not have a job right now.

I used to do that (stay up till 2AM), but now I play early (5-9pm US EST).

trying to get in & out of work quicker!!

I'm getting too old for continous late night gaming. One or two nights in a week past 11h00 pm because of matches in the BFCL league that only start at 9h30 or 10h00 and I'm all tired for the week. But I concur with Lt Gav about the part of ''one more round, I'll do better the next one....''

And besides that, the wife ogles me sideways and is close to biting when I wake her up crawling into bed in the wee hours !

Pre Kids? All night. Now... on my nights off... 11pm is late....

My shift changes every three months so it really varies the times I play.
When I get off of work at 12am, I can't just hop into bed and goto sleep I have to wind down alittle (that's what I tell the wife, and so far it's working! )
So on those nights I usually play to about 2am or so.

To about 1am every now and then. But late late playing used to be a pretty regular thing for me.

But then again if someone told me how many hours I play I would NEVER believe them and might put off playing for awhile.

When they say ignorance is bliss they're not kidding.

When I am not working the next day or doing homework (I'm always doing one or the other), I will usually game until 03h30. Any other time, I stop around 00h00, if I even have time for it.

I miss gaming.. Haven't played a single game in like 4 weeks now

At the minute i'm working at home in the evenings. Probably last through 'til March time. This means that once I've done what i figure is enough, I'm gaming 'til i feel I really gotta get to bed as I am up next morning just before 7 am. The wife usually goes to bed before 11 & I don't wake her as i am downstairs on my laptop.

Once you're past 40, with a wife & kids, a laptop is only something for doing work on (not something you get at a club!!)
