TF2 Ingame Admin

There is now an in game admin mod. I am still messing around with it, but it is there. I will post another message in the admins forum to get people setup with it.

Here are a few commands all players will have:

listmaps
rockthevote
timeleft
nextmap
radio (u can turn on and listen to streaming radio stations in game, who knew!)

There might be more, I'm still learning.

Got to permanently ban 3 people tonight for suspected hacking (selecting a class not available). So the ingame admin is working. I also saw a couple people get kicked for bad language.
