You can blow yourself right up onto the sniper bay in 2fort and blast them :)
Nope. I keep meaning to but I usually just resort to lobbing my bombs over the wall. Demoman kinda sucks close up so unless I plan on bludgeoning them with my bottle I'm better out of reach of their auto-pistol. And I know they're scrambling around trying to dodge my bombs so they're not shooting anyone.

I do have to remember about the soldier/demoman's abilities to bounce tho.

I like Engy on certain maps (fort being one of them) but there's almost always too many engineers. Jimbo and I paired up on a map as the only two Engy's and dominated at defense.

NO NERFING SENTRY GUNS! I think they are already too easy to take out.
Too many whinners. If you play one class you always think another is too powerful.
Just may take a little team work to get the job done.

Last night I played as a medic and with a keyboard that is going bad and then finally gave up the ghost I bet anyone on my team thought I was nuts. I was following Smuckers around the keyboard would die and the run key would still think it was depressed so I would circle him until I could get the keyboard to come back. I ended up leaving before I did to much damage :)

I found that using the sentry guns was pretty easy to get points with. Once its upgraded fully, they take out everything, you at least get an assist w/ any enemy in the firing area! Was fun playing last night though, lotta JiFfers!

Yeah. Good time last night. Timmuh, Smuckers and I played one map as engys defending the last point (Dustbowl? The small map with two points the first in a mining shack with a tractor next to it). Anyway Smuck and Timmuh set up their sentries covering one angle and I set mine up covering the entrance. We had three dispensers to go with our three guns.

Total domination. Spies occasionally sapped us but by midway through the map we were just swinging wrenches at anyone who moved. If they ever turned off FF spies would have to get nerfed because I woulda killed our guys 20 times.

They aren't totally dominating though. A team that concentrates on demo, soldiers, spies, and medics can handle them pretty easily. I tried the same tactic later on the same map and it didn't work out because the other team wised up and went heavy on soldiers. I'm getting pretty good at launching demo nades over objects and taking out sentries.

I don't think they need to nerf much at all right now aside from the occasional hole in their maps when people get stuck and can't move. The balance is remarkably good and the teams that do well have balanced groups. On offense one sniper, one engy (for teleporting), a couple medics and heavys, a spy, and a couple scouts/demo/soldiers works very well. On defense a sniper, a couple engies, medic/heavys and demomen work great. Whenever my team was on defense and went too heavy on engies or heavy/medics we got smoked but when we balanced out it was usually pretty effective.

Thats what I kinda like about TF2, no one class really dominates, you need an evened out team to get things done. I plan on playing again tonight, it's always a good time, and I haven't seemed to have gotten sick of the game yet...it's really something I can play for a really long time and not have to fight to keep interest!

 Not disagreeing with you. TFC classes were nerfed to all bits (scouts and pyros :( ) and a lot of people were complaining about the sentry guns. I like them though.

Yep, I have used it around 5 times already. Much more fun to wait for a server with a [Jif] on it then all those strangers :?

I still need to get 8 players from my friends list on the same team so I can get the award for it :D
