I understand about the hands. I have to take breaks every now and again too. I've caught myself not supporting my mouse arm properly though, and that just makes things worse. Then again, the keyboard hand will sometime just ache too. Didn't have that problem during those LAN parties on Foster St :) ...

Well, if you are looking for an automotive unit, it's pretty good. The cheap off brand units are maybe $10 cheaper. You get a name brand, and you can install optional voices, like Mr. T "TURN LEFT NOW SUCKA!"
